Washing Instructions

          Sweat-n-Stretch

  • We use high quality 80% Nylon/ 20% Spandex fabric that clings to the body, absorbing excess moisture.
  • Lightweight, Quick-dry & Comfortable.
  • First time washing, soak in cold water with 1/2 cup white vinegar to set color and prevent bleeding. 
  • Machine wash on delicate cycle
  • No fabric softener
  • Hang to dry is best
  • Avoid Dryer if you want your colors to stay bright and clothes to last a very long time!
  • Machine wash, inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Wash similar colors together.
  • Do not bleach.

  • X-Small = 25-27″
  • Small = 28-30″
  • Medium = 31-34″
  • Large = 36″
  • X-Large = 38″

Womens Sizing

  • X-Small = 4-6
  • Small = 6-8
  • Medium = 10-12
  • Large = 12-14
  • X-Large = 16
