What’s the difference between Bakasana, Padmasana & Tadasana shorts?
Bakasana yoga shorts are minimalist shorts featuring seamless fronts and backs with an inner front liner offering opacity in the right places! Available in one length.

Padmasana yoga shorts feature a fully lined front gusset and sit lower on the waist, inspired by men’s briefs. Available in 4 different inseam lengths from Minis to Maxi.

Tadasana shorts sit higher on the waist compared to Bakasana and Padmasana and is preferred by men who want a longer short—mid-thigh. Offered in one length.

What fabrics do you use?
We use advanced moisture-wicking and breathable fabrics to help you stay cool and comfortable during intense heat sessions. The shorts can be worn in water and have quick-drying properties, making them versatile for hot yoga, swimming, and other activities.

We use 2 quality fabrics: one with a cottony hand-feel and the other a silky hand-feel. Both are ideal for sweaty and wet practices and swimming as they have:

  • Moisture-wicking properties
  • 4-way stretch
  • Content: 80/20% nylon/spandex
  • Easy to wash and dry
Are they see-through when wet?
No—they’re made with opaque, sweat-tested fabric to maintain coverage even during intense Bikram yoga sessions. However, lighter colored ones, especially the silky hand-feel fabric, may get darker when wet.
What size should I choose?

Can I put them in the washer and dryer?
Yes, they are machine washable. However, if you like, check out our suggestions on how to keep your shorts for a very long time. Washing and drying info.
Will they shrink in the dryer?
No, they should not shrink as most are prewashed and shrunk. However, since they have some stretch due to spandex fibers, the heat of the dryer over time can break the fibers. You can alternate hanging them dry after a few washes and machine dry at other times to preserve them longer.
