Shipping & Returns
Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by us and Canada post with your tracking information. Make sure the email address you give us is correct. Please check your spam mail in case we land there, as we will be emailing you about your order.
We ship all over Canada, United States, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. We use Canada Post as our transport carrier.
If you have an account with another transport company and would like to use this company, please contact us via email so we can arrange this accordingly.
Allow 7 – 21 business days for shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 10 days from the date Canada post has delivered it to your address. Unworn items are in new condition with original tags. Please note that there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the items purchased. You are responsible for the shipping returns.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn or is not in the condition in which it was received. If you are unsure about the fit, we recommend trying out your new outfit with your underwear -bend and stretch- BEFORE you wear and sweat in it.
Please note all refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than Sweat-n-Stretch.com must be handled by the original location of purchase.
Packing & Shipping your Return
Before you send any item to us, please email us about the order you want to return so we can expect it. Include the invoice/packing slip and circle the item(s) you are returning, write in the reason for return, and include the printout with your return if it has not been done via email. If you no longer have the invoice or packing slip, please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are returning and why. Keep a copy for your records.
We do not pay for shipping charges on return postage. C.O.D. packages are not accepted. We recommend that all returns be sent via a trackable service. Sweat-n-Stretch will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please allow two weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed.
