Owned now for several months and practice 5-7x a week between a few styles of shorts. As someone who is a heavy sweater I find the single item being the only item worn. The shorts stay in place and I rarely need to adjust throughout the practice. I enjoy the minimalist and practical approach these garments have, they rinse out so quickly after and take nothing to hand wash and hang dry. The stitching and quality to detail in the design is so well done I can see these lasting for years and years of regular use. For the serious yogi these or any other item from Sweat-n-Streat is a must, I cannot nor would want to practice with anything else!
