Very comfortable for all practices. Slightly different than the Padmasana style in that they feel a little ‘looser’, but they aren’t. Nice looking shorts that feel great on you and move with your poses. My go-to short for my Yin classes. The shorts from this company are first rate and last a very long time. Good value.
